Try it with sample data

One command to a running EnclaveStack, filled with sample resources.

Start the demo

Use this to look around without setting anything up. It starts EnclaveStack on a simulated engine, so no Docker is needed and nothing real is created.

  1. Get the code

    You need Go 1.26 or later, Node 22.12 or later and pnpm 9.

    Terminal
    git clone https://github.com/EnclaveStack/platform.git enclavestack && cd enclavestack
  2. Start the demo

    It builds EnclaveStack, starts it, creates the admin account and fills it with sample data: a secret, a PostgreSQL database, a Redis cache, a bucket, an app, a daily job, a WordPress stack and a second project. Leave it running.

    Terminal
    pnpm install && make demo
  3. Open the console and sign in

    Open http://127.0.0.1:7070 and sign in as admin@enclave.local with the password enclave-demo. The terminal also prints an export line that signs the CLI in.

Options

Real containers, another port, data you keep
make demo DRIVER=docker # real containers; the data stays in ~/.enclave-demo
make demo PORT=7171 # another port
make demo DATA=/tmp/my-demo # keep the data between runs

Ctrl-C stops it. With the simulated engine and no DATA, the sample data goes with it. To run real databases and apps instead, follow Getting started.
